The flat can only be rented completely, you cannot rent only single rooms.

The rent is 89,00 Euros per night for the flat.

The rent includes:

bed-clothes, towels, energycharges.

Cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant,

for this purpose all equipments and cleaning materials are supplied.

For final cleaning of the flat you will have to pay 40,00 Euros.

The rent has to be paid cash at the beginning of the tenancy.
